Pick and mix sharing Platter was huge and overall delicious (moules were gritty) Staff were polite and friendly. Nice atmosphere and decor. Very short waiting time for food even with the venue being close to capacity. Drinks and cocktails to a good standard. Would go again, left very full and at a reasonable price.
Came in for lunch with my wife after work. It’s a lovely place to have lunch. The food was fantastic and presented very nice. Great lunch thank you. We have booked for a party of 8 in August so see ya then.
We take my sisters dog to be groomed at the groomers next door and the shambles is our go to place for a coffee and some brunch/lunch while we wait for him. The service is great and the staff are super friendly. The food is always excellent. The toilet is always very very clean. When the dog is ready we bring him in and he is always made very welcome in this dog friendly establishment. This is one of those places that excels at what they do and where you will never be disappointed that you walked in the door. Very highly recommend it.

Went to The Shambles on a Friday evening - last minute booking but accommodated us. The calamari special for starter was divine as were the mains. We had salmon linguine, spring vegetable risotto and chicken burgers. The best meal I have had in a long time and at a reasonable price. Great service and the chef even came to say hello! Can’t fault it. We will be back!
